Lay Out the Swaddle: Spread the swaddle wrap flat on a safe, flat surface in a diamond shape, with the top corner folded down about 6 inches.

Position Your Baby: Lay your baby on their back with their neck aligned with the folded top edge of the swaddle wrap.

Wrap the First Side:

Hold your baby’s right arm down by their side.

Take the left corner of the swaddle and pull it across your baby’s body, tucking it snugly under their left side.
