COMMON QUESTIONS ASKED BY OUR CUSTOMERS
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and whatsapp that will include your order details and the selected shipping method. Please allow 3-5 business days transit time to receive your order once it has shipped.
You can track your orders by clicking on the track your order option on the Main page menu and enter your order ID or tracking code which you received on your Whatsapp or mail id.
We'll send an email and SMS with your Order ID and Order Details. Also, once the order is shipped from the warehouse you will receive the tracking details via Whatsapp and email.
The tentative delivery period is 4-5 working days. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.
Zikku has 3 days Return Policy that gives you the option to return the product within 3 days from the delivery date under the circumstances mentioned below.
We request you not use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.
In case the customer receives a defective/wrong product(s), the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping charges will be covered by us only.
Note: Due to hygiene concerns of our customers, we do not accept returns/refunds or perform an exchange for the Socks, Breast pump, Bra, Brief, Nappies, T-shirt etc
Customer can self ship the product to our warehouse or ask us to arrange the pickup on our Whatsapp no.9079126930
Pick up charges of Rs.85 will be born by the customer and same will get deducted from the refund amount.
When you refund the product it usually takes 5-7 days to reach us.
After receiving the product it will be check for quality and after that total amount will be refunded.
If case we have arranged the return pick than Rs.85 will be deducted from the final refund amount.
If there is a quality issue complete order amount will be refunded.
- 1.You can cancel the order within 24 hours of the duration of placing the order.
- 2.You just have to raise a cancellation request for your order(s) on our WhatsApp no.+91 9079126930 or when you receive a order confirmation call .
- 3.We'll send you a confirmation e-mail to the registered e-mail address.
- 4.If the order is prepaid Refund process will take 7-10 baking working days.
Please Note: Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then the customer can raise the return request.

Don’t worry we will help you out in every possible way. We request you to check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your amount has been debited after a payment failure, it will get automatically reverse back by the respective bank within 7-10 business days.
