Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Zikku offers free delivery on all orders above ₹500. Orders are shipped within 24 hours, except on Sundays and national holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 4–5 business days in areas served by our courier partners. Remote areas served by India Post may take 1–2 weeks. Delivery times exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Do you ship outside India?

No, Zikku currently ships only within India and does not offer international delivery.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched, without giving a reason. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

What is Zikku's return policy?

Returns can be requested within 2 days of delivery. We arrange a pickup from your address, and a flat return charge of ₹85 is deducted from your refund.

Which products cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: briefs, bras, socks, breast pads, brushes, and infant tongue cleaners.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 days of us receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the original order.
