At 6-12 months, babies are more active and diaper changes get messier. A waterproof changing pad with safety belt is essential for safe changes. Reusable cloth diapers work well at this stage as babies have more predictable timing. Keep a stock of dry sheets on the mattress and have a portable changing kit for outings.
